As 2015 comes to an end, it’s time for some reflection. It’s been a year of positive change and big progress for TwentyTwo. Some of the highlights include:
- Celebrating 25 years (1990-2015) – From a business started at the kitchen table, we’ve become one of the leading property advisory businesses in New Zealand working with stellar clients and on landmark projects
- Re-establishing our Auckland presence – Gail Calder switched from client side (Z Energy) to consultancy side and joined us to lead our growing Auckland practice
- Growing our leadership and capability – David Lambie joined us as a Director bringing huge experience, a great network and leadership smarts to our table
- A new website – Bang up-to-date, mobile-friendly and content rich, it’s engaging more users per week than ever
- Acting for wonderful clients – Across New Zealand and across a diverse range of sectors, we’ve helped some of the smartest organisations get better outcomes from their premises’ and property challenges. Clients have included Massey University, Deloitte, NZ Defence, Intergen, Commerce Commission, Meredith Connell, Sport NZ, Rabobank, WelTec and Whitireia and many more
- Nurturing a fabulous team – We’ve re-organised ourselves for growth to ensure that, as our team develops, we continue to care about them, about the projects they work on and the outcomes they achieve
- Launching our latest Client Portfolio – At 70 pages, our latest Client Portfolio is our biggest ever and summarises our client engagements and achievements. Download it here
- Giving back to the industry – With Gail Calder on the Board of the NZ Green Building Council and Paul Mautz on the Board of the NZ Property Institute and Chair of the Property Advisory Community, we’re contributing positively to our community
- Sponsoring #22 Andrew Durante and the Wellington Phoenix – Quite apart from the fact that we love the game, we think it’s good for Wellington and good for New Zealand
None of the above, of course, could be achieved without our clients whose loyalty and support continues to grow. Thanks to them. We wish you a safe and relaxing summer break and a successful 2016 ahead.
