He specialises in property strategy, tenant representation, project leadership and major transactions. He also continues to provide peer review advice across all major projects.
Duncan leads our Wellington team and has been the driving force behind our workplace strategy practice since 2003. He continues to challenge how the workplace (physical environment, technology, people and process) can best support organisational performance.
David has a stellar track record as one of NZ's leading property advisers, having been involved with many of NZ's largest leasing transactions over the last 10 years. With a 20-year background in development, property management and consultancy, he is particularly regarded for his corporate real estate strategy, tenant advocacy, lease negotiation and project directorship skills.
Paul has been a senior member of our team since 2004 and specialises in premises procurement and leasing. With 25+ years' experience in the commercial property sector, he's been involved with a number of large leasing transactions, representing clients in project leadership and tenant representation roles.
Chris has worked across tenant and landlord representative roles and consultancy and client-side roles since 2008, most recently for the Ministry of Health. Since joining TwentyTwo in early 2014, Chris has specialised in tenant representation, leasing/premises procurement, negotiation and project leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Management.
Nick joined the team in 2014 and has a background in Interior Design, Finance and Consulting. He works closely with clients to identify their needs and deliver innovative and functional workplace solutions. Nick worked with Tennent Brown Architects in Wellington from 2006 and 2012, graduating with a BDes (Hons) Interior Architecture in 2008.
Matthew is part of our workplace strategy advisory team and our enabling-technology expert. In the last eight years, he's acquired a depth and breadth of experience that allows him to make strategic alignments between technology and organisational strategy to create effective solutions that enable individuals, teams and organisations to be more efficient and engaged.
Nick is responsible for our brand and marketing communications and contributes to developing our long-term business strategy. He ran an award-winning brand consultancy in the UK before emigrating to New Zealand in 2004. He's passionate about improving New Zealand productivity by challenging convention and driving new behaviour in New Zealand business.
Sunder has led TwentyTwo’s business support since 2008, her organisational skills helping to streamline our systems, processes and technology to support the consultancy team and our business growth. Before joining TwentyTwo and having a family, Sunder worked for Wellington City Council as a Property Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology.

Kanjna (KJ) joined TwentyTwo in 2016 to further support the business and advisory team. She plays a key role in the Wellington office and supports Sunder with managing our day-to-day back office and support activities.
