For many organisations this cost will be a lot higher. And that’s before you consider the other impacts such as increased noise and disruption, a lack of personalisation and often a reduced “sense of belonging”.
So, while hot-desking and related fads have their place it’s important to understand how your teams work and what makes them and the individuals working in those teams most productive.
