Transforming Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington. Celebrating the completion of Bowen Campus

Te Whanganui-a-Tara’s Bowen Campus is complete, with 44 Bowen – the final building – now open for business. “Congratulations Precinct Properties on helping to rejuvenate part of the wider parliamentary area and central city with two exemplary buildings/workplaces on a tight site in Bowen Street,” says TwentyTwo’s Managing Director, Dean Croucher.

The TwentyTwo team is delighted to have supported KPMG and Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency with their journey into 44 Bowen and Simpson Grierson next door in 40 Bowen. We’re really proud of the work our team did providing tenant advisory before the project broke ground and ongoing project governance and project delivery across the life of these projects and, more recently, workplace technology.

The final product provides a workplace for around 5,000 Wellingtonians and demonstrates some great examples of modern ways of working and sustainability, delivering some truly beautiful, well-thought-out, digital-first, collaborative spaces.
