To support the continued growth of the business, we have recently announced four changes to strengthen our leadership.
Chris Ware and Matthew Peko-Fox have been promoted as Principals and join the TwentyTwo Leadership Team.
Chris also takes up the role of Practice Lead: Advisory22, which includes our core property advisory and tenant representation services. Chris joined TwentyTwo in 2014. With over 15 years’ experience, he represents a range of clients across all sectors, providing expert property procurement, development agreement, leasing, negotiation and project leadership advice.
Matthew is our lead consultant in our Technology22 practice and takes on a broader role as Chief Technology Strategist to embed technology and digitalisation across all our practice areas and business operations. Matthew joined the team in 2017 and is an industry leader in workplace technology. He has spearheaded the development of our technology offering and is increasingly involved in strategic technology consulting.
In addition to these changes, David Lambie takes up the role of Director, Clients & Consulting and Don Smith the role of Director, Commercial & Innovation.
David becomes TwentyTwo’s ‘head of consulting’ and will work with practice leads to embed best-practice consulting across all of our service areas. He will also continue to support key clients and grow our long-term partnerships.
Don will continue to lead our Technology22 and Portfolio22 areas and ensure we continue to innovate and provide exponential outcomes for our clients. He will also support the ongoing transformation of the business by applying that commercial and innovation lens across all areas to ensure we remain agile and future-focused.
