Steffi McKeown is shortlisted in NZ 2022 RICS Awards for Young Achiever

TwentyTwo’s Steffi McKeown, Senior Adviser, has been shortlisted as Young Achiever of the Year in the 2022 RICS Awards New Zealand.

Shortlisted nominations demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and ethics by individuals and teams across the built and natural environments, with the judging panel made up of nine industry leaders.

Steffi has worked at TwentyTwo’s Auckland office for four years of her eight-year career in property, during which she’s developed into a Senior Adviser in our Property Advisory practice. She also works across our Strategy and other practice areas in a wide-ranging role.

“Steffi has honed her consultancy craft but also developed her property knowledge and technical competency to a high level of proficiency, working alongside the Directors on a range of assignments” says Managing Director, Dean Croucher.

“She’s a leader in our business and an emerging young leader in the property community. With Ngāi Tahu whakapapa, Steffi is an inspirational wāhine toa, with unrivalled work ethic and a strong sense of professional responsibility.

Steffi also leads the TwentyTwo ‘Tribe’, our internal ‘culture advisory group’ and our weekly team Hui.

“I have mentored many emerging leaders during my 30 years with TwentyTwo and Steffi is a standout in all respects. We wish her the very best of luck in the Awards” finishes Dean.

Award winners are due to be announced during the Announcements Week from 26-30 September.
