In 2019, Northpower engaged TwentyTwo to help secure a new Wellington site for their team and consolidate their operations onto one location.
Northpower identified Silverstream Business Park in Upper Hutt as their preferred location.
TwentyTwo’s Chris Ware worked alongside Northpower’s CFO, Legal Counsel and National Facilities Manager, and developer Richard Burrell (Building Solutions), to negotiate a prudent commercial agreement and design/build solution that incorporated warehouse, office and yard space to meet Northpower’s forecasted business requirements for the future.
The building was opened in October 2020.
