TwentyTwo Independent Property Advisers Limited (TwentyTwo) is licensed under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.
In its capacity as a licensed company, TwentyTwo must comply with the Code of Professional Conduct and Client Care.
Any concerns relating to the conduct of TwentyTwo in its capacity as a licensed agent, or any of TwentyTwo’s team, should be raised with the agent responsible for the transaction at first instance.
The agent will consider the concerns raised and respond promptly to the complainant with a proposal for resolution.
If the agent is not able to resolve the complainant’s concerns, the complainant may refer the complaint to the Managing Director by sending a letter marked ‘complaint’ to TwentyTwo, PO Box 10 747, Wellington 6140 or hello@twentytwo.co.nz
The Manager Director will acknowledge receipt of the complaint, investigate the complaint and send a formal written response to the complainant. The Managing Director may ask the complainant for any additional information.
The above process does not prevent the complainant from referring the matter at any time to the Real Estate Authority. The Authority may be contacted at Real Estate Authority, PO Box 25 371, Wellington 6140 or by email to complaints@rea.govt.nz.
