Paul is a senior member of our team and specialises in property procurement and leasing. With 30+ years’ experience in the commercial property sector, he’s been involved with a number of large leasing transactions, representing clients in project leadership and tenant representation roles. He has in-depth experience negotiating key commercial terms, complex development agreements, agreements to lease and leases across diverse sectors, property types and markets. He also acts as our technical lead on industry standards, guidelines and procedures across leases, rent reviews and building related regulations and legislation, interpreting these for our clients and projects, and often leading complex rent reviews, make good and other lease related disputes and negotiations.
