What started as a conversation about AV challenges and their new office fit-out at Bowen Campus in Wellington since evolved into a nationwide agreement.

KPMG’s planned move to Bowen Campus in Wellington highlighted their frustrations with their AV systems not meeting their teams’ needs. The Technology22 team were engaged to review their new fitout design and planning, collaborating with architects Warren and Mahoney, services engineers NDY and building contractor LT McGuiness. From the onset, our involvement quickly grew to include:

- WiFi Capacity Planning
- Peer review of the fit-out design
On completion of the build, we facilitated the office move, ensuring the seamless setup of IT equipment and management of relevant contractors so that KPMG could show up and work.
Our approach to technology integration ensured that KPMG’s technology infrastructure at Bowen Campus was functional and aligned with their workplace objectives and built environment and came in within their budget.
Wider engagement
Recognising the value we brought to the Bowen Campus project, KPMG engaged Technology22 for a nationwide AV audit and review. The goal was to ensure high-quality, reliable technology across all offices, supporting collaborative, hybrid working and events.
Today, KPMG remains a valued ongoing client. We provide nationwide support in technology consulting, delivery and managed advisory services. As the product owner of their specialist MS Teams rooms and AV systems, including town hall event spaces, webinar technology and digital signage, we lead their AV system upgrades, ensure system security and offer training to their in-house teams as needed.
