Kate is passionate about bringing people together to create positive momentum and change and is a sharp thinker and connector of thought. She has developed consultation programmes, property and workplace strategies, research initiatives and thought leadership across Aotearoa New Zealand.

With over 17 years’ experience in diverse sectors, clients and projects, Kate has worked with stakeholders to deliver sophisticated consultation and engagement programmes for leading organisations such as Jasmax, Unispace and, more recently, with NZ Police’s Strategy and Transformation Team.
