The Waimakariri District Council (The Council) is seeking expressions of interest for the purchase and development of land at 70 and 74 High Street, Rangiroa.
The Council owns an 707m2 of surplus land on the corner of High Street and Ashley Street, Rangiora. This land, together with land and improvements at 74 High Street of 1295m2 leased to the BNZ is offer for sale and development.
The Council is seeking to establish a short list of parties who will be invited to purchase and develop the land as part of a formal Request for Tender process to be run in mid 2019.
The Council has engaged TwentyTwo to advise on this sale and development process and provide independent tenant representation.
The Waimakariri District Council is the local government body responsible for the Waimakariri District located in Canterbury region. The district covers 2,219 square kilometres (and is home to circa 60,000 people). Rangiora is the district seat and largest town, with other major towns including Kaiapoi, Oxford, Pegasus and Woodend.
