Marketing Communications Coordinator (Part Time/Wellington or Auckland based).
TwentyTwo is a leading professional services practice providing strategic property advice to government and corporate clients, from offices in Auckland and Wellington. We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to help us continue on our journey.

To support our brand and growth plan, we need a savvy Marketing Communications Coordinator to:
- Champion our brand
- Manage website content and web development
- Curate content (external and internal) that is of value to our audience
- Manage our social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and create activity calendars across each
- Develop social channel promotional campaigns
- Continuously improve our SEO
- Develop SEM campaigns
- Own website and social analytics
- Own our CRM
- Manage eDM Newsletter calendar and eDM execution
- Assist with proposals and lead generation
- Manage any events or specific initiatives
We are seeking a part-time resource that:
- Has experience in professional services (B2B) marketing
- Understands audiences, users and (eventually) sector trends
- Is skilled in keyword research and SEO
- Is skilled in search engine marketing (SEM)
- Is skilled in planning social media promotional campaigns
- Is skilled in using analytics (both social, GA and email marketing) to understand user behaviour, influencers and campaign response
- Has experience in using email marketing platforms and list management
- Has a deliberate and structured approach to work
The candidate will work with the Managing Director flexibly but indicatively 10 hours per week. The role could be Wellington (preferred) or Auckland based.
