TwentyTwo’s Paul Mautz is Property Advisor of the Year

Paul Mautz, Associate Principal at TwentyTwo, is the inaugural winner of the Property Institute of New Zealand‘s Property Advisor of the Year award.

Paul received the inaugural award based on three criteria – a track record of excellence in Property Advisory, his valuable contribution to the Property Advisory industry over the last year and his active participation in the Property Advisory Community, including supporting the professional development of colleagues.

He was nominated for the award by other members of PINZ who work as Property Advisors, with the final decision being made by the Property Advisory Community Council. The result was announced at the PINZ Annual Conference in Auckland in mid-June and Paul was awarded his certificate and trophy a few weeks later in Wellington.

“I’m proud to be the recipient of this award in its inaugural year and to have the recognition of my peers” said Paul. “It’s also great that the Institute now acknowledges the achievements of Property Advisors as a community with PINZ and celebrates their success. There’s a lot of great things being done out there so I’m sure there will be plenty of contenders for the award in future years.”

Dean Croucher, TwentyTwo’s Managing Director, said “We’re all thrilled with Paul’s award. Paul’s been a key member of our team for 12 years and he’s well-regarded by the clients he works with, his peers and colleagues. Very well-deserved and great for Paul to be recognised in this way”.
