Our Leadership Team is looking for a strategic, hands-on Chief Operating Officer to drive daily operations, improve financial performance and foster people and culture initiatives. This part-time, 12-month role is ideal for a seasoned leader who enjoys flexible hours and location while making a real difference. If you’re a property expert with a passion for tackling complex challenges, this role is for you! An intermediate-level Adviser in our growing Advisory22 team, you’ll use your strategic insights to help clients across New Zealand make impactful, place-based property decisions. With a minimum of 5+ years in the property industry, financial modeling skills and a self-starter attitude, you’ll thrive in this client-centered role, building long-term partnerships and shaping the future of property thinking. Strategy & Workplace Adviser

In this role, you’ll lead property strategy and workplace transformation projects, delivering solutions that reflect our commitment to better spaces and communities. You’ll scope projects, engage with stakeholders, develop strategic frameworks and provide actionable recommendations.
