Accounts / Business Support Administrator Wellington

What are we looking for?

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager you will have overall responsibility for:

• accounts receivables and payables
• administrative support to our team of consultants
• reception and front of house duties
• the day to day running of the Wellington office
• management of our client/lead database
• archiving
• health and safety communicator/coordinator


Who will best fit this opportunity?

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following key competencies:

  • proven experience in accounts with an excellent working knowledge of Xero
  • proficient with the Microsoft Office 365 suite - Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • well-versed in office administration
  • strong ability with figures/numbers and meticulous with accuracy
  • a self-starter and fast learner, self-managing
  • great organisational talent
  • adaptive to changing work priorities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with the following would also be beneficial:

  • basic understanding of Apple Mac computers
  • competent with the job management system WorkflowMax
  • tech savvy with other cloud business tools such as Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, OneNote and Skype
