The Wellington Market Report

01 June 2016, by David Lambie

We've updated our Wellington Market Report and created it in downloadable format. Written by TwentyTwo's David Lambie and Paul Mautz, it highlights key trends in property and infrastructure across the Wellington region. An independent Report, it focuses on the regeneration of Te Aro and our prediction that this area in Wellington City will undergo a major transformation over the next 10 years.

We also describe how we expect tenants to see a greater choice of commercial property options opening up from 2017 onwards.
